About The Position

Join one of the fastest-growing, award-winning pet care companies in the country as a Reservation Specialist and Inside Sales Representative. At DogiZone, we provide exceptional care and services for dogs and their pet parents, and we’re looking for motivated, people-focused sales professionals to help us continue to grow. Our Inside Sales Representative is a Reservation Specialist who spends a large portion of their day handling inbound and outbound calls, touring prospective clients and their pets, promoting our unique services, booking reservations, supporting account management, and driving client retention. You will represent DogiZone’s high standards of care across all services, including overnight lodging, daycare, bathing, training, concierge transportation, and additional offerings. This role also includes front desk and receptionist-related duties as needed, such as greeting clients, assisting with check-in and check-out, recommending products in our DogiMarket, and providing general front desk support. This is a phone-driven, goal-oriented role that follows established sales scripts and processes to ensure a consistent client experience. There is no cold calling, and the role offers strong opportunities for growth, commission, and bonus earning potential. As a front-line representative of DogiZone, your professionalism, communication skills, and enthusiasm should be a major reason clients choose to trust us — and keep coming back.

Requirements

  • Inside sales, reservation, or customer-facing sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Willingness to follow sales scripts, call flows, and established processes
  • Motivated by measurable goals, metrics, and performance-based incentives
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and CRM systems
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented communication style
  • Drug-free workplace; upon offer of employment, you must pass a drug test
  • All candidates under consideration will be subject to a standard background check
