Requirements
- Self-motivated, organized, and detailed-oriented
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Sales experience

Responsibilities
- Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep. is responsible for communicating client requirements and needs to department leaders.
- Attend to Customers by resolving product or service problems and issues by clarifying the customer’s complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution.
- Attracts potential customers by answering products and service questions; suggesting information about other and additional products and or services.
- Representative will contact current and previous customers to set appointments for past due or current recommended maintenance services for our different departments
- Open customer accounts/subscription and recording account data for processing and billing.
- Make recommendations of products or services based on customer’s needs.
- Make outbound follow up calls to existing clients via telephone cross-sell and up-sell
