About The Position

Arcadia Stones specializes in premium custom quartz and natural stone surfaces for residential and commercial spaces. Our materials offer an exceptional range of colors and patterns while delivering durability, low maintenance, and resistance to scratches and stains — making them the perfect choice for homeowners, designers, builders, and businesses alike. With our new 10,000 square foot showroom and warehouse in Denver, we are expanding our sales team to provide outstanding service and grow our presence in the Colorado market. Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting showroom customers, generating quotes, managing orders, and supporting both retail and trade clients. This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer experience while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales or showroom sales experience
  • Experience in stone, tile, flooring, cabinetry, or building materials preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable handling, pricing, measurements, and project details
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM and standard office software

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for serving diverse Denver clientele

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding project needs
  • Recommend suitable quartz or natural stone products based on customer requirements
  • Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and proposals for residential and commercial projects
  • Follow up on leads and pending quotes to convert opportunities into sales
  • Upsell premium products and complementary materials
  • Maintain relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and fabricators
  • Support the Store / Sales Manager in account growth and new business development
  • Track leads and sales activities using CRM tools
  • Assist in executing sales promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain organized and visually appealing displays and sample areas
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for material availability and delivery schedules
  • Assist with order processing, scheduling, and customer documentation
  • Ensure showroom presentation reflects the Arcadia Stones brand
