About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative communicates directly with customers to schedule in‑home product demonstrations and drive direct‑to‑consumer sales for our industry‑leading walk‑in tub product line. This role handles warm leads, nurtures customers through the sales cycle, and follows provided scripts and product info to deliver a confident, high‑quality customer experience. You’ll develop strong product knowledge and collaborate closely with operations, installers, and other support teams while managing prospects from initial inquiry to scheduled appointment.

  • Familiarity with Zoom or other teleconference tools
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to empathize with customers
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, metric-driven contact center environment
  • Must pass a drug and background check

Responsibilities

  • Schedule in‑home product demonstrations and installations nationwide
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to qualify customer interest and convert inquiries into appointments
  • Follow up on warm leads from multiple channels
  • Use internal computer systems for data entry, tracking, and customer management
  • Move prospects through all phases of the appointment‑setting cycle
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth scheduling and handoffs
  • Participate in regular training to enhance sales and product expertise
  • Overcome objections with confidence and maintain a strong sales mindset
