About The Position

The Inside Sales Support & Project Manager serves as the operational cornerstone of Zwilling’s Hybrid Field Organization, supporting both Retail Selling Specialists and Territory Managers. This role enables field excellence by ensuring the team is fully equipped to drive sell‑in, sell‑through, and brand activation across independent retailers and key national accounts. Acting as the connective hub between sales, marketing, and customer partners, the position streamlines communication, enhances field readiness, and delivers insights that power commercial growth.

Requirements

  • Project management excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously, driving projects from brief through execution and post‑mortem analysis
  • Data analysis and reporting: Strong analytical skills to interpret territory, account, and store‑level data, translate insights into clear dashboards, and recommend actions for the field and leadership.
  • Field enablement and sales support: Experience equipping sales or field teams with tools, content, training, and processes that improve sell‑in, sell‑through, and in-store execution quality.
  • Retail and CPG acumen: Understanding of CPG sales dynamics, retail trade, promotions, and merchandising fundamentals across independent retailers and national accounts.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Demonstrated ability to operate as a central hub between sales, marketing, and external partners, aligning priorities and ensuring consistent communication and delivery.
  • Marketing and content coordination: Familiarity with managing asset production and distribution (visual merchandising, digital content, training materials) and tailoring content for retailer use (email, social, and in-store).
  • Communication and relationship skills: Clear, professional written and verbal communication style, with the ability to influence without authority and build trust with internal stakeholders and retail partners.
  • Systems and tools proficiency: Comfort working with CRM/ERP systems, sales reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms), and collaborative platforms to maintain organized, accessible information for the field.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Drive seamless coordination of field operations by aligning priorities, timelines, and deliverables across the Retail Selling Specialist and Territory Manager teams.
  • Performance Reporting & Analytics: Generate timely, accurate monthly reports by territory and account; analyze sales and merchandising trends to highlight opportunities, performance gaps, and strategic focus areas.
  • Field Enablement & Support: Manage third‑party inside sales resources and ensure the field team receives the tools, materials, and information needed to execute in stores effectively.
  • Marketing & Brand Activation: Coordinate the production and distribution of visual merchandising assets including displays, windows, posters, fixtures, and in‑store activation materials.
  • Retailer Engagement Tools: Develop and distribute customizable retailer email and social media content to amplify Zwilling’s presence and drive local marketing efforts.
  • Project & Content Management: Maintain organized systems for resource deployment, content creation pipelines, and centralized field communication to ensure consistent brand presentation.
  • Training Program Coordination: Act as the central liaison for training and execution across major retail partners including Williams‑Sonoma, Crate & Barrel, and Sur La Table, ensuring brand standards and experience execution excellence.
