About The Position

The Door Store and Windows is hiring an Inside Sales Support Specialist to support their sales team and create a great experience for every customer who walks through our doors or reaches out to us. This role is a mix of customer service, showroom sales, and sales support. You’ll work closely with homeowners, builders, and the outside sales team while helping keep the showroom organized and the CRM up to date. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a team that keeps things moving, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

Strong customer service experience (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (required)
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in the building, construction, or installation industry
Sales or showroom experience

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries quickly and professionally
Assist customers in the showroom and help guide them through product options
Qualify customer needs and schedule appointments for outside sales consultants
Sell showroom products such as interior doors, storm doors, and shutters
Support outside sales consultants with both replacement and new construction sales efforts
Assist customers with warranty questions and product-related concerns
Serve as the primary owner of the CRM system (currently ACT!)
Maintain accurate customer data, clean up duplicates, and ensure records are up to date
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable
Monitor and order showroom supplies as needed
Assist in coordinating company events
