We’re looking for an Inside Sales Support professional to join our Trench Drain team and play a key role in supporting complex commercial projects from concept to completion. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted internal and external resource, supporting our trench drain business by: Providing sales and technical support to wholesalers, engineers, contractors, regional sales managers, customer service, and independent reps Reviewing specifications, drawings, and fixture schedules to create accurate project take-offs and quotes Building and managing project submittals, tracking opportunities, and following up on leads Supporting Lunch-and-Learn presentations and customer education efforts Qualifying and quantifying leads from subscribed lead services Developing deep product knowledge of Sioux Chief trench drain systems and competitor offerings Collaborating closely with the Trench Drain team to increase brand awareness and secure orders You’ll regularly communicate with civil and plumbing engineers, wholesalers, contractors, general contractors, and our rep agency network—so strong communication and relationship-building skills are key.
