About The Position

This Inside Sales Support position’s primary role is to assist customers throughout the ordering process. This position acts as the primary contact for customers and the Solar and Energy Sales Team. The Inside Sales Support position requires strong attention to details, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree from accredited college or university required
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in Purchasing, Order Processing or similar customer facing roles required
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis in data entry
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment, both independently and as a team member
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to read and understand operational procedures and work instructions pertaining to a designated work area
  • Possess a valid passport, or has the ability to obtain and pay for a valid passport
  • Must be authorized to work and travel in the U.S. and Internationally
  • Limited Travel
  • Must comply with all safety and health standards established by Fronius USA, LLC and federal, state or local requirements
  • Employees will perform duties in an office environment and a field setting
  • Employees will be occasionally exposed to tripping hazards
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually low to medium

  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintains pricing and discounts in BaaN
  • Provides information to customers regarding order status
  • Enters cost center orders and warehouse transfer orders
  • Assists sales team with reports in BaaN, CRM, CPQ, RFI’s and other customer requests
  • Captures and maintains accurate and complete customer information in CRM
  • Handles sales phone lines and email queue
  • Issues credits and processes MDF funds
  • Acts as primary contact for customers and the Solar and Energy Sales Team
  • Creates quotes for customers and salespeople
  • Receives and reviews customer purchase orders for accuracy, including reviewing Terms and Conditions
  • Enters customer purchase orders into BaaN in OK point quality
  • Sends order acknowledgements to customers
  • Processes, sends, and files invoices after shipment
  • Takes accountability for consignment requests, returns, and tracking
  • Handles the authorization process of customer returns (RGA’s) and processing credit for returned products
  • Supports customers in designated U.S. Regions
  • Promotes and supports the Fronius Way 5 philosophy
  • All other duties as assigned by management
