Requirements

- A Communication Pro. You’re sharp, clear, and can type 30+ WPM without breaking a sweat.

Responsibilities
- Own the Lead. Be the first voice that turns inbound inquiries into happy, well serviced customers.
- Be a Problem-Solver. Listen, learn, and curate eco-friendly plans that make homeowners breathe a sigh of relief.
- Stay in Motion. Crush 30–50 calls a day to follow up, build trust, and close deals.
- Level Up. Stay coachable, soak up feedback, and watch your conversion rates (and commissions) soar.
