About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities Must be a current, valid, licensed Journeyman Electrician. Must be able to travel 100% of the time to job sites. Meet with city and other inspectors at job sites for any and all inspections. Must be able to communicate at a high level with city inspectors. Must understand solar systems wiring schematics and be able to correct as necessary. Must be capable of all electrician service and troubleshooting. Be a customer service point of contact internally for escalation to resolve inspection issues. Ensure an excellent customer experience. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and employees Represents organization in voicing out feedback, concerns and issues, and creates an on-going dialogue with executive management to strive for improvements where necessary. Ability to recognize and accurately describe electrical quality issues, as well as implement solutions Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision Skilled in time management and multi-tasking with competing priorities Works closely with project management and accounting Self-directed learner, and a true problem-solver coupled with solutions orientation Service mindedness with responsiveness and proactive communication A person who works diligently and is detail oriented. Must be available to work all necessary hours to meet project deadlines. Attends all meetings and conference calls. Performs consistently with company core values. Maintains strict confidentiality. Provides excellent customer service, for both internal and external customers. Follows all OSHA and other safety guidelines. Actively demonstrates teamwork at all times. Adheres to company safety standards at all times in adherence with Company Safety Manual. Follows all company policies and procedures in compliance with the Company Employee Handbook.

Requirements

  • Firm grasp of the National Electrical Code
  • Must have current valid Journeyman Electrician License
  • Must have current valid Driver License
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Read, speak, write English fluently, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has a level of integrity/code of ethics/internal controls
  • Characterization as organized, structured and standardization in processes
  • Desire to drive for continuous improvement and has a process mindset
  • Proficiently operate computers and perform basic tasks including but not limited to: Google Suites, MSOffice, etc.
  • Ability to learn position specific software packages.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in electrical experience
  • OSHA 10
  • Must be able to travel 100% of the time to job sites.
