Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Inspection & Verification: Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of parts, materials, and assemblies to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and manufacturing routers. Measurement Tools: Utilize precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and microscopes to verify critical dimensions. Documentation: Accurately complete inspection records, checklists, and reports, ensuring all documentation is complete and complies with AS9100 or FAA standards. Non-Conformance: Identify, document, and segregate discrepant or defective material (non-conformances) and report them to quality management. Collaboration: Communicate findings effectively with production personnel and engineers to resolve quality issues.
