About The Position

We’re looking for a high-performing Install Base Account Executive to join our fast-growing FinTech SaaS company. This strategic role focuses exclusively on expansion within our existing customer base, helping clients realize more value through increased adoption of products like Credit Cards, Payments, and Utilization strategies. You’ll own a book of customers, drive strategic adoption, and close impactful upsell and cross-sell opportunities. We’re building something customers love — and it just keeps getting better.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, specifically in payments and credit card sales, with a strong track record of expansion within existing accounts
  • Skilled in consultative selling with the ability to uncover needs and position solutions that deliver measurable business value
  • History of engaging with executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex buying committees
  • Adept at analyzing usage data and customer trends to drive action
  • Collaborative team player who works well with Product, Customer Success, and Enablement
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen, ownership mentality, and a bias toward results
  • You have experience leveraging AI-driven tools (e.g., CRM AI assistants, content generators, analytics platforms like Gong, Hubspot, etc.) to drive efficiency and insight.
  • You’re agile, data-aware, and always asking: “What’s a smarter way to do this?”

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of current customers with the goal of expanding product adoption and driving net revenue growth
  • Identify gaps in customer financial operations and position solutions including Credit Cards, Payments, and AP automation strategies
  • Lead sales motions including prospecting, discovery, tailored demos, and use-case reviews that align to customer goals
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, economic buyers, and key stakeholders to influence and expand product usage
  • Track usage trends and signals to proactively surface new expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Enablement, Customer Success) to ensure customers are informed, engaged, and maximizing value
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting hygiene in HubSpot (or CRM of record)
  • You proactively explore AI-driven ways to reach, understand, and engage our customers.
  • You have experience leveraging AI-driven tools (e.g., CRM AI assistants, content generators, analytics platforms like Gong, HubSpot, etc.) to drive efficiency and insight.
