Honeywell needs reliable, dedicated subcontractors covering the main trades in
key and upcoming areas in sufficient numbers to maintain competitive tension but
be able to provide sufficient work to gain their loyalty, providing value
engineering ideas, discounts and volumetric rebates, timely completion of scope,
good HSE and quality standards, in turn delighting Honeywell and our Customers.

This position is an integral part of the Sourcing team. It covers all
subcontract-related actions strategically and operationally across all
geographies in the Americas. The position works closely with RSMLs, the Global
Subcontract Lead, and business stakeholders to deliver value, increase
competitive construction “Win Rates,” and increase productivity.

You will report directly to our Global Subcontract Lead and you’ll work out of
our Atlanta, GA/Charlotte, NC/Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.
