About The Position
A scheduling coordinator will maintain and update schedules, calendars, and agendas. Verify installer availability. Confirm installation appointments. Keep the company updated on install dates changes from builders.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills including reading, writing, and active listening.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Strong attention to detail.
