Requirements

High school Diploma or GED
2+ year of similar administrative support experience

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience a plus
Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environments
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Home Improvement or Home Services experience a plus
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across tasks

Responsibilities

Verifies contract details post-sale
Prepares initial labor and materials sheets to request project quote; prepares final sheets for installation crews
Manages timeliness and accuracy of vendor quotes; approves final quotes
Prepares pre-installation inspection forms; researches and resolves inspection delays
Determines necessity of ancillary project expenses
Ensure gross profit levels are maintained
Ensure reconciliations are done timely
Ensures accuracy of reported Installer compensation
Collects payments as necessary
Performs other duties as assigned
