Position Overview: PAC is seeking a field leadership professional to support automation deployment projects in a dynamic installation environment. This role is primarily responsible for coordinating installation activities, leading technicians, and ensuring production targets are achieved. In addition to field leadership, this position will also support material control and inventory processes during key project phases, ensuring installation teams always have the right materials at the right time. Inventory Management is responsible for the full lifecycle management of inventory within high-complexity technical installation and logistics projects. This role ensures accurate receiving, tracking, storage, and distribution of materials while maintaining precise records and strict process compliance aligned with client requirements. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines execution capability with strong organization and process discipline.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain (technical or industrial projects preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple inbound shipments simultaneously.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site based on project assignments.
  • Experience leading technicians in construction, industrial installation, or automation projects
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read drawings and technical documentation
  • Comfortable managing both people and process
  • Basic Excel or tracking/reporting capability
  • Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%

Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical and electrical installation activities
  • Coordinate and supervise technicians and subcontractors
  • Track daily and weekly production targets
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Interpret drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation
  • Identify and resolve field execution issues
  • Provide progress reporting to project leadership and client
  • Support commissioning readiness and project closeout
  • Drive productivity and workflow organization on site
  • Oversee receiving, inspection, and validation of materials against PO, BOL, and BOM documentation.
  • Verify physical quantities versus documentation and report discrepancies (damages, shortages, overages).
  • Maintain real-time inventory accuracy in internal systems and client-facing dashboards.
  • Ensure traceability through QR code scanning, serial tracking, and digital recordkeeping.
  • Manage damage reports and material replacement requests.
  • Coordinate with field teams, transportation providers, and client representatives to ensure material availability.
  • Control consumables and installation kits according to project schedules.
  • Prepare daily and weekly inventory status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards at the site.
  • Support internal and external inventory audits.
