Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset
• Mechanical aptitude (electrical experience is a plus, but not required)
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment
• Desire to grow into a skilled installer role

Responsibilities

• Assist with site assessments to determine proper generator placement
• Support generator assembly and installation
• Help connect fuel and electrical lines under supervision
• Assist with transfer switches, panels, and control wiring
• Work alongside plumbers on propane or natural gas fuel system setup
• Aid in testing, load checks, and commissioning to ensure proper operation
• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
