The Institute Consultant, serving as the Project Manager, assists in the advancement of the Neuroscience Institute strategic plan and the management of the metrics for strategy implementation. The Consultant executes, develops, and manages planning that supports the leadership team in operationalizing short-term and long-term strategic initiatives for the Neuroscience Institute and its Centers. This individual assists or manages projects, identifies analytical capabilities, and possesses the curiosity to ask probing questions that drive insight. In collaboration with Institute leaders, the Institute Consultant develops practical solutions by partnering across Indiana University Health and Indiana University School of Medicine. They will work in collaboration with leadership to apply standard planning processes and analytics in support of local and system priorities. This individual assesses new business opportunities in partnership with the administrative leadership team. They will foster an environment that encourages innovative ideas from team members and build buy-in across the institute. The Institute Consultant assists in driving continuous improvement initiatives by supporting the development of processes and reporting to enhance performance.
