About The Position

The Institutional Custody Administration team provides custody services to large global and domestic institutional clients. Our team partners closely with internal shared services and operational support teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality custody services for all our clients. The Institutional Custody Administrator Intern role provides exposure to institutional custody administration, client servicing, and oversight functions within a collaborative and fast-paced financial services environment. As a Custody Administration Intern, you will support the Institutional Custody Administration team by assisting with client service, coordination, reporting, and oversight activities. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in financial services while learning how the custody administration teams partner with other internal groups to deliver results. How you will spend your time: Act as primary or secondary contact for assigned Custody clients to ensure the delivery of the highest possible level of customer service. Oversee all activity pertinent to the client account Facilitate trade activity (global and domestic) and monitor settlement Coordinate with internal operations, clients, and external vendors to meet client expectations Instruct and monitor domestic and foreign money movements Provide reporting as requested Facilitate problem resolution, tracking issues through to completion Follow company/department policies and procedures to mitigate risk Support documentation and audit requests.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program specialized in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics

Responsibilities
