Instructional Assistant - St. Charles School
About The Position
St. Charles Catholic School is seeking multiple full-time, faith-filled Instructional Assistants to work with elementary classroom teachers to support student needs for the 2026-27 school year. Instructional assistants support students in the general education classrooms throughout the building. The assistants will be responsible to the lead classroom teacher and administration for assigned support. This person would work under the guidance of the classroom teacher(s) to work with small groups, provide intervention, work with students who might need extra support or enrichment, and prepare materials for lessons along with various tasks needed throughout the school day. A teaching license is not required. Experience working with children is preferred.
