What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Design and Deliver Comprehensive Learning: Create and facilitate engaging instructor-led and self-paced curricula using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) principles to drive technical proficiency and implementation success. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Partner closely with program managers, product managers, and engineers to translate complex technical information into actionable learning outcomes and high-quality supporting media. Optimize Performance and Compliance: Establish clear performance criteria and assessment instruments to evaluate learner impact, ensuring all training aligns with organizational standards and the latest product capabilities.
