About The Position
The Texarkana Arkansas School District is accepting applications for an instructional facilitator/magnet coordinator (220-day contract) for the 2024-2025 school year effective immediately at Arkansas Middle School.
Requirements
- Must pass a national criminal background check and a background check through the Arkansas Child Maltreatment Central registry
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
- Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data
- Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
- Calm and patient demeanor with students and others
- Three or more years experience as a classroom teacher
- Two years experience in instructional leadership role
- The Board may find appropriate and acceptable alternatives to the above qualifications.
