Indian River State College is seeking an Instructor, Clini cal Coordinator for the Surgical Technology and Central Services programs to support high-quality clinical education and student success. This role works closely with the Program Director to coordinate student clinical rotations, maintain strong partnerships with healthcare facilities, and ensure students receive meaningful hands-on learning experiences. The Clinical Coordinator also provides instruction, student advising, and clinical supervision while supporting accreditation standards and program outcomes. This position plays a key role in preparing students for certification and successful careers in surgical technology. JOB SUMMARY: The Clinical Coordinator supports the Surgical Technology and Central Services programs by collaborating with the Program Director to oversee all aspects of student clinical education. Responsibilities include managing clinical site partnerships, scheduling and supervising clinical rotations, maintaining student clinical records, and ensuring compliance with accreditation and program standards. The role also provides student advising, collaborates with clinical instructors, and may include didactic or lab teaching.
