The Golf Instructor/Coach works under the direction of the Director of Instruction and collaborates with both full-time and part-time instructors to deliver and promote the player development programs designed by the Director of Instruction. The primary responsibility of this position is to teach and coach within group instruction programs for both junior and adult students. The instructor will also complete administrative tasks assigned by the Director of Instruction to ensure that all students are properly registered, payments are processed, and participants are placed in the appropriate group classes while making steady and measurable developmental progress. Over time, the instructor may also be assigned private instruction sessions when needed. All private lessons must be approved by the Director of Instruction and must align with the development program structure established by the Director. This full-time role primarily consists of assignments within the Learning Center. However, when necessary, the instructor may assist the Golf Department with specific activities or special events. All such assignments will be coordinated through the Director of Instruction.
