Requirements

Applicants will have completed or will soon complete a psychiatric residency.

Responsibilities

Develops expertise in the full continuum of care for pregnant and postpartum patients with psychiatric disorders, including substance use disorders and behavioral addictions.
Provides exemplary ambulatory and inpatient clinical training as well as research opportunities in reproductive psychiatry.
Serves as a clinician, educator, and researcher in mental illness during the perinatal period.
Assimilates knowledge in order to collaborate with patients, patients’ families, and members of the health care team to optimize management of a wide variety of neuropsychiatric illnesses during the peripartum period.
