Strategy to action: Turn site and enterprise strategies into practical processes; guide the team through change and ensure effective implementation of new procedures. Culture carrier: Model ATS leadership competencies, demonstrating self-motivation and emotional intelligence. People development: Set expectations, manage performance, and mentor team members with consistent one-on-ones, career planning, and skills coaching. Operating System: Ensure it is understood, reinforced, and embedded across daily operations. Continuous improvement: Track and report key maintenance KPIs using CMMS and other tools; drive root cause analyses and deliver on action items while removing obstacles. Customer interface: Communicate and, when needed, escalate priorities, issues, and equipment status to maintain a strong, profitable customer relationship. Cost control: Assist with managing labor, overtime, and material consumption; approve overtime requests. Planning & scheduling: Review work orders, verify adherence to schedules, and correct gaps; lead and contribute to effective team meetings.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent) plus 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent blend of education and experience
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication
  • Advanced computer literacy: Microsoft suite, web-based systems, and CMMS software

Nice To Haves

  • Business acumen across contracts, customer operations, negotiation, billing models, basic finance, and relationship building
  • Planner/scheduler background
