Primary Duties: Answer inbound calls quickly and efficiently Answer and assist dealerships and customers in a friendly and courteous manner Communicate with appropriate personnel regarding any customer issue to ensure customer satisfaction Process lender and customer cancellations in a timely manner.Send Supplies to dealerships as requested Gathers information to aid customer in transferring their contract to a new owner Provide 3rd party quotes to dealerships as requested Process inbound mail Assists Senior Account RepresentativesPerforms other tasks assigned by supervisor
