About The Position
We are seeking determined individuals, no experience necessary, to join our team. You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients via Zoom. This position is fully remote, and it is a sales position. Our agents earn residual income in addition to their income starting in year 2. Globe Life American Income Division is a 100% union label insurance company and a member of Globe Life. We are a financial services holding company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, GL. Our benefits representatives assist union employees, existing clients, and new members understand voluntary group benefits, insurance benefits, and signing up qualified candidates during the annual enrollment period. Requirements
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related HR fields is a plus
Responsibilities
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients via zoom
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Our agents specializes in mortgage protection, final expenses, college education, paycheck protection, etc.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
- Attend ongoing training sessions
