Requirements
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable making outbound calls and closing deals
- Receptive to coaching, eager to learn, and proactive
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willing to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills are a valuable asset
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new prospects, turning leads into policies
- Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend customized coverage
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships, providing ongoing support
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals
- Stay current with the latest products and compliance standards
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
