About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative within the Commercial Lines Processing Support Team, you will be part of a group focused on delivering exceptional service. You will collaborate closely with team members to ensure accurate processing, timely follow-up, and consistent, high-quality support. You’ll also support Account Managers in delivering a seamless client experience and helping retain commercial accounts

  • Team-oriented, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AMS systems is a plus.
  • This is a full-time, in-office role. You must be able to work on-site in the Logan, Utah office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute proactively to team inbox work and daily task workflow.
  • Ensure timely completion of all assigned items.
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Property forms promptly.
  • Process driver and vehicle additions, deletions, changes, and Auto ID Cards.
  • Review endorsements for accuracy and alignment with AMS requests.
  • Process incoming carrier documents received via email, mail, and carrier portals.
  • Download, upload, and process policies, quotes, and proposals for policy checking.
  • Maintain and update insured information in the Agency Management System.
  • Maintain professional relationships with team members, clients, and carriers.
  • Adhere to agency procedures and Errors & Omissions guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
