About The Position

This role will be in charge of processing new cases and following compliance guidelines to review and make informed decisions.
Will be tasked with reviewing compliance of agents to assure they are licensed correctly for the work performed and accurate commissions are given.
This role will perform data entry that impacts agent's commissions and must be correct.
Deadline driven part of the role where all commissions must be processed by month end.
Some phone work is required (12-15 calls a day a most) Very quality centered.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Data Entry/Processing Experience - 1 year
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel (Basic)
• High Attention to Detail and accuracy
• Previous office experience - 1+ years
