The Insurance Representative at PFS Group is responsible for managing client insurance accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and claims processes. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficient in using insurance-related software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members. Required Education: - High school diploma or equivalent is required. - An associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred. Required Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an insurance or healthcare-related field. - Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is highly desirable. - Familiarity with insurance claim processing and billing procedures is a plus.
