Requirements

No felony convictions; able to pass a background check.
Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (we’ll guide you through the process if you’re not licensed yet).
Positive attitude and strong work ethic — motivated to earn based on your effort.
Good communication skills and comfortable talking with clients over the phone or online.
Open to learning, coaching, and attending virtual training sessions via Zoom.
Comfortable working from home and managing your own schedule.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

Work with exclusive, high-intent leads — no cold calling or chasing clients.
Meet with clients virtually or by phone to understand their needs and suggest life insurance solutions.
Help individuals and families protect their finances while earning performance-based commissions.
Follow a proven sales system that’s easy to learn and designed to support growth.
Manage your own schedule and guide clients through the application process for a smooth experience.
Build positive relationships with clients by providing support and educating them on policy options.
Participate in training, mentorship calls, and team sessions to learn and grow professionally.
