Accounting and Valuation Services team as a Valuation Consultant in a new way of

Responsibilities

• Directly involved in client engagements
• Provide property valuation analyses
• Conduct physical inspections of properties for valuation purposes
• Multi-task effectively on multiple engagements
• Prepare reports and other communications that are client ready
• Communicate and resolve questions or inquiries from clients
• Perform administrative tasks including client communications, managing project files, arranging travel, expense reports, etc.
• Utilize in-house and third-party software, including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Work within a team concept philosophy, where the ability to work closely with Managers and Staff on projects is essential
• Assist in the development and execution of our strategy to grow the FAVS practice throughout the world
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
