International Digital Content Coordinator – Spanish (Latin America) Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) is the global leader in faith-based television and digital media. Since 1973, TBN has grown from a single television station to more than thirty international partner networks reaching audiences around the world. Today, through TBN+ and our expanding digital platforms, we are building the next generation of global Christian media. As part of our continued international expansion, TBN+ is launching a dedicated Latin American Spanish content experience. This role supports that expansion and plays an important part in ensuring high-quality Spanish-language content across our streaming and digital platforms. TBN is seeking a highly detail-oriented International Digital Content Coordinator – Spanish (Latin America) with professional fluency in both English and Latin American Spanish (written and spoken). This role supports the review, localization, and publishing of Spanish-language content across TBN’s streaming and digital platforms. This position reports to the Director of Digital Licensing & Rights Management and works closely with Streaming Content, Product, Post-Production, and international teams. Position Overview The International Digital Content Coordinator - Latin America will assist in reviewing AI-translated and AI-dubbed Spanish (LatAm) content originally produced in English, ensuring linguistic accuracy and clarity. This role requires familiarity with Christian terminology and biblical language to ensure translations do not distort meaning or misrepresent core messaging. In addition, this role will support content publishing and management within TBN’s CMS and the TBN+ backend system, following clearly defined workflows and guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their digital media career who is highly organized, fluent in Spanish, and eager to grow within international streaming and digital distribution.

Requirements

Native or near-native fluency in Latin American Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Strong familiarity with Christian vocabulary, biblical language, and church culture.
1-3 years of relevant experience in digital media, content management, localization, or streaming environments.
Experience working in a CMS or digital content management system is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (basic editing skills).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (basic graphic adjustments).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow structured workflows and meet deadlines.
Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting streaming platforms or YouTube publishing.
Familiarity with AI translation or dubbing tools.
Background in Christian media or ministry environments.
Interest in international digital distribution and platform growth.

Responsibilities

Review AI-generated Spanish translations and dubbing for clarity, fluency, and accuracy.
Identify and correct translation errors that could alter or misrepresent the original meaning.
Ensure titles, subtitles, descriptions, captions, and metadata are consistent and professionally presented.
Escalate theological or contextual concerns to leadership when necessary.
Upload and manage Spanish-language content within TBN’s CMS and TBN+ backend systems.
Apply correct metadata, tagging, descriptions, thumbnails, and categorization based on established guidelines.
Perform quality checks prior to publishing.
Coordinate content scheduling under team supervision.
Create, curate, and maintain video playlists.
Contribute insights to enhance platform functionality.
Follow structured AI and localization workflows to support timely delivery.
Collaborate with Streaming Content, Product, and international teams to ensure smooth publishing processes.
Maintain organized documentation of content status and deliverables.
Contribute ideas for improving workflow efficiency as experience grows.
Assist with publishing Spanish-language content on TBN+, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Support basic optimization practices under team guidance.
