We are a clinician-led organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Our mission is to guide each child’s unique journey with compassion, expertise, and teamwork. The Intake Coordinator & Recruiter is a dual-function role responsible for managing the client intake process while owning full-cycle recruiting for clinical staff. This position plays a key role in aligning client demand, staffing capacity, and hiring plans across our Phoenix and Tucson locations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for families seeking services and guide them from inquiry through assessment.
- Manage the intake CRM, follow up with leads, and support basic insurance verification alongside billing.
- Monitor waitlists, scheduling, and clinic capacity to align intake with staffing availability.
- Track and improve intake metrics, including conversion rate from inquiry to start and time to start.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for BCBAs, and RBTs.
- Maintain and strengthen university partnerships (ASU, U of A, NAU, and others) to support intern and RBT pipelines.
- Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience for all applicants.
- Track and reduce time-to-fill for critical roles.
