About The Position

Zinda Law Group is an elite plaintiff’s personal injury firm looking for ambitious, dynamic, driven, and passionate professionals to join our growing team. Our firm is looking for an ambitious Intake Manager to help manage multiple aspects of client relations for the law firm as well as the team of intake specialists. We have offices in Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico, and serve clients throughout the nation. Please note this position would work and train remotely, but candidates located in or near Austin are preferred. Requirements

  • 2+ years of intake, customer service, or sales experience
  • 1+ years of management experience
  • College degree
  • Must be extremely comfortable speaking on the phone to clients
  • Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Capable of working in a fast paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Law degree is a huge plus
  • Legal experience preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to potential client calls
  • Communicate with potential clients via phone and email
  • Schedule and calendar initial client meetings with attorneys
  • Manage Intake Specialists
  • Provide feedback on performance to members of the Intake team
  • Track close rates and prepare daily weekly intake reports for management
