Requirements
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Able to manage multiple calls, tasks and systems at once
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using software and workplace tools
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Job is 100% onsite in office
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
