About The Position

As an Intake Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of Intake Coordinators who handle the intake process for our providers and clients. You will oversee the intake process from start to finish, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed, and provide leadership, support, and guidance to the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
  • 5+ years in a call center or customer support environment.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, with an understanding of healthcare processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Understanding of healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience creating and pulling reports, metrics, data.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and supervise the intake team to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely execution of all intake processes.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to team members, fostering accountability, engagement, and high performance.
  • Monitor work quality and productivity, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback and corrective guidance as needed.
  • Partner with the Director and other leaders to develop, document, implement, and maintain intake policies, procedures, and workflows, ensuring consistent adherence.
  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding and ongoing training to support employee development, knowledge retention, and process compliance.
  • Analyze intake performance metrics and prepare reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to enhance intake workflows, improve service delivery, and elevate the overall client experience.
  • Ensure compliance with URAC accreditation standards, HIPAA/confidentiality requirements, and internal policies, procedures, and productivity benchmarks.
  • Review and approve timecards, manage time-off requests, and ensure accurate workforce tracking.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals and organizational priorities.
