Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, cross-channel campaign management, or product marketing roles.
  • Proven experience leading or coordinating multi-channel campaigns in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of GTM planning, messaging frameworks, and campaign architecture.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage complex timelines with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills without direct authority.
  • Analytical and business-minded, able to connect campaign performance to business outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building scalable processes where needed.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Translate brand and product strategies into integrated marketing campaigns with clear objectives and messaging hierarchies.
  • Define campaign architecture, channel roles, and GTM frameworks for major initiatives, including product launches and brand activations.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, Organic Social, Influencer, PR, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Clinical stakeholders to align on campaign goals, timelines, and assets.
  • Develop workbacks, ensure asset readiness, and drive coordinated execution across owned, paid, and earned channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, synthesize results, and identify actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Communicate campaign status, risks, and learnings to leadership and cross-functional teams.
