Adobe is seeking an exceptionally talented Integrated Marketing Segment Lead to design and drive a multi-channel marketing strategy for a specific business segment. What you'll Do Own the strategic marketing roadmap for the segment, defining the Route-to-Market marketing strategy based on GTM priorities and identifying growth opportunities. Serve as the primary Point of Contact for Sales, GTM, and Product Marketing, ensuring that coordinated marketing plans align with B2B Adobe goals Partner with cross-functional teams to develop persona-based journeys and buying committee strategies that cater to the segment's outstanding lifecycle needs. Translate segment needs into actionable briefs for various Centers of Excellence, including Content, Paid Media, Email, and Events, ensuring flawless execution. Drive the feedback loop between Marketing and Sales, collaborating with Sales Operations and GTM to enable regional initiatives and pipeline acceleration. Monitor segment-specific performance metrics, including MQA, Pipe Contribution, and Conversion Rates, using deep analytical insights to optimize the funnel. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Coordinated Marketing, Campaign Strategy, or Segment Management within a B2B technology environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate and influence within highly matrixed, global organizations.
  • Experience building programs from the ground up, with a focus on diagnosing operational gaps and implementing scalable strategies.
  • Strong data approach, comfortable with CRM and analytics platforms for data-backed decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, startup-style environment, demonstrating high adaptability and a bias for action.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with equivalent experience accepted

  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
