Job Description

Director, Integrated Marketing Solutions

The Director, Integrated Marketing Solutions is responsible for the creation and development of custom advertising programs across the companys portfolio of music and entertainment digital brands. As part of Townsquare Medias National Advertising Solutions team, the sales development team creates innovative cross-platform programs across digital, radio, mobile, and events. The role works closely with the national sales team with the collective ultimate goal of securing partnerships. This role is key in addressing RFPs, supporting sales initiatives, and increasing revenue.

The position requires creativity, out of the box thinking and knowledge of effective advertising programs. Having an understanding of the evolving digital and social space. The ability to manage multiple projects at once, and excellence in communication across various stakeholders within the organization are crucial.

The position reports to the Sr Director, Solutions & the VP of Solutions, Branded Entertainment. Prior experience in integrated marketing/sales development is required. 10-15% travel required for client presentation meetings.

Responsibilities

* Creative development of custom content, branded entertainment, high-impact media and experiential marketing programs for brand advertisers and agencies

* Support sales in responding to incoming RFPs and proactive pitches including leadership of internal and agency brainstorms and proposal writing

* Involved in program activation and recaps

* Ability to build compelling sales presentations that align with client objectives

* Works across several teams to develop the TSM offerings including editorial programs, production, ad tech, events, etc.

* Builds and maintains strong cross functional relationships across sales, ad operations, marketing, product development and editorial

* Participation in sales process including direct interaction with agencies and advertisers

Job Requirements

Skills/Qualifications

* Must have at least 6+ years experience in Integrated Marketing, Client Solutions, Ad Sales Marketing (preferably in Digital)

* Must be proficient in PowerPoint and have a working knowledge of all Microsoft office applications

* Must have working knowledge of Digital Advertising/Sales and media

* Must have proven track record of building multi-touchpoint sponsored opportunities with a focus on custom videos, events, editorial and social support

* Events, Music & Entertainment experience are a plus

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
