About The Position

Technical Systems Integration, Inc. (TSI) is hiring an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Program Manager for Training Systems (PM TRASYS) at Marine Corps Systems Command in Orlando, Florida. PM TRASYS is the Marine Corps’ executive agent responsible for the acquisition and life-cycle support of ground training systems, devices, and training support services, fielding simulators, range systems, live training instrumentation, and distributed learning capabilities that directly enable Marine Corps expeditionary readiness and combat effectiveness. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across the PM TRASYS multi-program portfolio, supporting government program managers and product managers across three product management groups: Range Training Systems (RTS), Synthetic Training Systems (STS), and Warfighter Training Support (WTS). Your schedule products will directly support milestone reviews, acquisition decisions, and execution reporting that drives Marine Corps training modernization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent military service and demonstrated scheduling proficiency accepted in lieu of formal degree requirements
  • Equivalent military experience and demonstrated scheduling proficiency accepted in lieu of formal degree requirements
  • 5+ years developing, maintaining, or supporting Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) or program schedules for DoD acquisition or sustainment programs
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining IMS products in Microsoft Project, scheduling architecture, baseline management, critical path analysis, and schedule reporting
  • Background supporting program reviews, milestone briefings, or In-Progress Reviews (IPRs) with schedule data or status products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project development and maintenance of IMS products, including schedule architecture, baseline management, Gantt charts, and schedule reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for schedule data tracking, status reporting, and summary products
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation, briefing support, and professional communications
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle phases and milestone review processes

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), PM TRASYS, or a DoD training systems acquisition program office
  • Familiarity with DoD milestone review processes (Milestone A/B/C) and ACAT program requirements
  • Experience performing Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) and modeling in Microsoft Project
  • Prior U.S. military service in program management, logistics, operations, or administrative support roles

Responsibilities

  • Develop, baseline, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and support Integrated Master Plan (IMP) alignment for PM TRASYS acquisition and sustainment programs using Microsoft Project
  • Establish and manage schedule architecture using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) frameworks; maintain baseline discipline and version control across all program offices
  • Perform critical path analysis, slack analysis, and network logic reviews to identify schedule drivers, near-critical paths, and execution risks across the PM TRASYS portfolio
  • Conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) and develop what-if scenarios, recovery plans, and contingency strategies in response to program changes, funding adjustments, or execution shortfalls
  • Develop schedule metrics, milestone look-ahead reports, and status summaries for PM TRASYS leadership and Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) stakeholders
  • Prepare and present schedule health briefings and Gantt products for program reviews, In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), and milestone events
  • Coordinate scheduling activities across PM TRASYS product management groups (RTS, STS, WTS) to ensure enterprise-level schedule integration and consistency
  • Interface with government program managers, contracting officers, and contractor scheduling representatives to collect status inputs and resolve schedule conflicts
