About The Position

Integrated Planning and Scheduling - Project Management Specialist - Level 2 Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Planning & Schedule Specialist (Level 2) to join our team in Long Beach, CA. In this role you will be working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & maintain project schedules. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
  • 3+ years Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau or other business intelligence systems
  • Experience conducting data analysis with Excel
  • Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology
  • Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Supports preparation, development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements
  • Assists with the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules
  • Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity
  • Identifies and reports performance variances
  • Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline
