About The Position

The Integrated Project Manager will oversee and coordinate projects that integrate agency systems, processes, or teams to achieve a unified outcome. The position ensures seamless internal and external collaboration, manages the project scope and design, timelines, and budgets, and effectively communicates with stakeholders. The position also manages and maintains all project documentation, meetings, and overall coordination throughout all stages, through closeout. The Integrated Project Manager will be the ICHS subject matter expert for project management and standards, maintain and update any internal policies associated with project management, and will report to the Chief Operating Officer. This role will also be responsible for working various shifts on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

  • Education – Bachelor in Business, IT, or related fields required.
  • Experience - Five (5) years’ experience in healthcare project management required.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in leading new construction projects from initial groundbreaking through to final shell and core completion, interior build-out.
  • Project Management Certification required.
  • Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed.
  • If you use a personal vehicle to travel, a valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance is required.
