About The Position

Leading Edge Equipment is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Integrated Solutions (ISG) Consultant at our Carrington dealership. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service by providing onsite and remote support, installations, and training for John Deere ISG products and services. As a key team member, you will work closely with the ISG Manager and collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer skills with strong communication and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and be readily accessible to both customers and colleagues, especially during peak seasons.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently to solve problems and provide solutions.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between stores and customer locations as needed.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and undertake tasks such as climbing, installing, and repairing equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational knowledge of current and emerging GPS, sensor technology, and automation applications.
  • An A.A.S. or B.S. degree in Precision Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with precision agriculture equipment and technologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of precision agricultural practices.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive technical support for precision agriculture technologies and equipment, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Provide customer assistance both in person and remotely, including phone support and remote display access.
  • Guide customers through product recommendations, sales, installations, setups, and troubleshooting for optimal satisfaction and performance.
  • Conduct both onsite and remote service activities, including installations, product support, and training sessions.
  • Partner with ISG and Sales teams to identify and pursue demonstration and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with ISG staff and coordinate with Sales, Service, and Parts departments to provide seamless customer support.
  • Leverage available resources and teamwork to enhance customer experiences.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to programs aimed at increasing the adoption and usage of ISG products.
  • Support the creation of ISG-related content for social media to expand awareness and engagement.
  • Stay informed on technical and product developments by participating in training sessions, events, and industry conferences.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department and dealership.
