As we continue to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a technical professional to join our Customer Delivery and Deployment Team as an Integration Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering seamless, scalable integration experiences for our customers and partners. This Professional-level individual contributor role owns customer integration execution from onboarding through ongoing optimization. You will operate with autonomy, lead customer-facing integration conversations, and serve as a trusted technical advisor. Working closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales, you will drive successful integration outcomes while proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and customer value. Teamwork and shared enthusiasm is a core part of our culture, which is why this role involves joining us in the Boston office for two days each week.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS integrations, API implementation, or technical consulting roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), webhooks, and integration troubleshooting tools (e.g., Postman).
  • Experience leading customer-facing technical conversations independently.
  • Strong analytical and root-cause troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Clear, confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in insurance or P&C technology ecosystem preferred.
  • Exposure to AI/ML tools and automation technologies a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead customer integrations, ensuring reliable implementation and long-term integration health.
  • Engage directly with customer IT teams to design, configure, test, and troubleshoot REST API, webhook, SSO, and SFTP integrations.
  • Lead customer-facing technical conversations across phone, video, email, and in-person meetings, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build consultative relationships with customers, anticipating needs and recommending integration optimizations.
  • Collaborate closely with Support, Product, and Engineering to triage and resolve integration issues, advocating for customer needs when appropriate.
  • Maintain and improve integration documentation, including technical specs and support documentation
  • Participate in QA testing of new integration features to better understand functionality and downstream impact
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI and automation trends, and identify opportunities to improve integration workflows and customer outcomes.
