About The Position

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to support Integration Project Management, with a specific focus on M&A integration as the firm expands its global capabilities and product suite. This role will work closely with the Integration leadership, and cross functional leaders to coordinate integration plans, track execution, and ensure acquired organizations, technologies, and operations are smoothly incorporated into iCapital’s platform.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, M&A integration support, management consulting, corporate change management or business operations; financial services or fintech experience is preferred
  • Strong understanding of project management processes and cross functional coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to establish long-term cross-functional connections between different parts of the business
  • Exposure to M&A integration or complex operational transformation programs is strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to work with senior stakeholders with clarity and polish
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and tell a concise story
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and bring structure to ambiguous environments
  • Comfort with challenging the status quo and ability to think outside of the box to solve problems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting complex integrations, tech enabled platform transitions, or financial services operating models is a plus
  • Familiar with iCapital’s ecosystem, alternative investments, fund operations, platform technology, and client lifecycle is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the Integration leadership in managing end-to-end integration activities across workstreams (i.e. Technology, Product, Data, Operations, Legal, Finance, HR, and Client Experience).
  • Help coordinate integration planning sessions, maintain program timelines, and ensure follow-up on key actions.
  • Prepare integration documentation including project plans, dependency maps, and communication materials.
  • Facilitate regular workstream check-ins and support preparation for executive level steering committee meetings.
  • Track integration progress and flag misalignment, risks, or bottlenecks early.
  • Help analyze operational readiness, technology dependencies, and process gaps that may impact integration.
  • Contribute to the standardization of iCapital’s integration playbook, templates, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the integration experience for acquired teams.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of integration KPIs and dashboards measuring progress, synergies, and operational health.

Benefits

  • The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
