About The Position

Our customers rely on our HCM solution as their central repository for employee information, and we're looking for a skilled professional to help them streamline their business processes by integrating this information with their other systems. As our Integrations Analyst, you are responsible for the full lifecycle of integration projects, from evaluation and prioritization to documentation and support. You work closely with partners, vendors, and our engineering team to ensure that all integrations are successful and sustainable, and you collaborate with customers and support teams to verify that everything is working as expected. Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Experience producing software scope/specification documentation
Conversant in software development and different integration technologies
strategic mindset
keen eye for detail
exceptional communicator
superior listening and interpersonal skills
ability to understand the communication styles of team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
ability to motivate teams and build strong working relationships

Nice To Haves

Experience with HCM or SQL Server would be a plus!

Responsibilities
