Clay County is accepting applications to be considered for an open position as an Integrity and Compliance Coordinator. Date Poste d: 3/2/2026 Application Deadline: 3/9/2026 at 4:00 PM Status: Non-exempt | Weekdays Day Shift – with some professional need outside of regular schedule. Starting salary is $31.77per hour| Full Salary Range for the position is $31.77-$44.72 per hour. Must possess a valid driver’s license. CPR and First Aid Certification, Crisis Prevention Intervention, Medication Training, Motivational Interviewing. Must be currently employed with the West Central Regional Juvenile Center Must successfully complete a background investigation TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION, SUBMIT THESE MATERIALS Clay County Application must be submitted for all County positions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 3-5 years of prior work-related experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification, Crisis Prevention Intervention, Medication Training, Motivational Interviewing.
  • Must be currently employed with the West Central Regional Juvenile Center
  • Must successfully complete a background investigation

Responsibilities

  • Review all Safety Based Separations (SBS) for compliance with MN Rule 2960.
  • Provide leadership support and assist the facility in crisis situations
  • Provide staff coverage on AM shifts during periods of unexpected absences or scheduled leave.
  • Provided coaching and support to facility staff.
  • Approve Administrative and Medical Separations when a Unit Supervisor is not present, ensuring actions meet regulatory and internal policies.
  • Collect, track, and analyze data related to critical incidents and compliance regulations per statute.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Unit Supervisor, Director, or Superintendent
